My TRUTH! I love to eat but never enjoyed working out. Finally I had enough and decided I wanted to be the best me. I wanted a personal trainer but had no clue where to start. Therefore, I decided to put in the search engine “personal trainer in my area,” surprisingly a website called Thumbtack pulled up and l was able to customize what I was looking for in a trainer. I had a couple of trainers to reach out but it was one particular trainer that caught my attention and the rest is history. When I started my journey I wasn’t sure what I was walking into. After our first session Treasure told/showed me her style in training I knew immediately I wanted her to train me. I can’t say enough about Treasure but she’s truly a gem. She’s very genuine, attentive, professional and passionate in what she does. Her style in training put me at ease and I look forward to seeing her each week. Training with Treasure is not like a boot camp workout . It’s an intensive workout but minus the extra things that goes with a boot camp workout. She always says to listen to your body! What I really love about Treasure is she does the workouts with you and still manage to smile and motivate you when you’re wanting to quit. She customize each workout that fits you. Another pro about Treasure is she gives you a copy of you workouts if you want to do it on your own. Also she evens make a grocery store visit with you so you can look at the different foods and read labels. I never knew how colorful, pretty and delicious veggies can be. I’ve incorporated so many things into my lifestyle change that Treasure has introduced me to. I never thought I would be choosing a bake sweet potatoes over a loaded back potatoes or eating the color bell peppers raw. When I first started with Treasure she told me not focus on the number on the scale because we would be building muscle as we go. I have been training with Treasure for 10 weeks and have definitely built muscles in places I never knew muscles could go and have lost weight over the short time we have been working out together. I have grown to love Treasure as my trainer. She has become my biggest motivator, listening ear and a friend. If you’re looking for a trainer in the Little Rock area, I highly recommend Treasure because she is the BEST!
After my mom and I met with David once we both felt very comfortable and energized to get working. We have now worked out with David a few times and are very happy with where things are headed. He has been very understanding to our individual needs, mine being I have a long standing knee problem. He hasn't hesitated to make sure that our workouts help us without causing any further damage to previous injuries. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond when getting to know his clients. He always checks in to make sure we are doing ok after our workouts and helps provides things to do outside of training with him, in order for us to see better results.

My name is Jordan Caple. This section is provided so that you can learn a little more about myself. I enjoy spending time with loved ones, I am a devoted Christian, and a sports enthusiast. I am an ACTION certified trainer, which is a fairly uncommon training certification, however it is just as valuable. I also hold a Bachelor's of Science in Health, Human Performance, and Sports Management. My passion for fitness began in 2014, after graduating high school. At that time in my life, I just had shoulder surgery and was weighing nearly two-hundred and thirty pounds. As a previous athlete (offensive lineman in football), I knew the general strength and conditioning exercises to "get into shape". This was a better starting point than some, but still not great. As my fitness journey continued, I learned about dieting and began learning how to exercise correctly for the maximal results. My goal is to share this knowledge with my clients and help them to jump start their fitness journeys as well.

Kameelah is simply amazing! She is very personable, warm, and inviting every time I enter the fitness center. I joined WOW a few months ago and I participate in the early morning circuit (5a-6a, Mon-Thu). This is a perfect start to my usual hectic workdays which would not normally be conducive to evening workout sessions. This is one of the best life-changing decisions I have ever made! I'm so glad to be a WOW member now, but I can only imagine how much farther along I might be if I had joined when Kameelah first opened the center several years ago. I'm almost 55 years young... better late than never. See ya at the gym!
Ben is always on time and always true to his word. His passion is to train people and for them to gain results! His the best priced trainer in our area, but he doesn't lack in quality. I feel I probably get better training from him than I would from someone who cost twice as much. It's because of Ben's passion for what he does.
