- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a service request we discuss the make model age and condition of the appliance. This will greatly affect the decision to make a repair or replace a product. Then if we can determine a likely failure I will provide an approximate estimate for repair. Then we set up an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates degree in HVACR 5 years working with sears home services repairing appliances. 2 years as a sub contractor for Lowes Home Depot. I also just enjoy fixing things! It’s as much a pass time as a career.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A passion for helping others and fixing things has led me to this career path. It’s my goal to improve your life by helping you protect your home investments.
