FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions are 30 minutes, price would range between $35-$45 per session depending on how many days a week we train together. My fee is due monthly. No gym fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to bring a new client in for a complimentary 30 minute training session, the first session is really kind of a get acquainted and assess fitness level. Once we agree on training together, I like to take it slow, and gradually increase the intensity of our workouts progressively, usually at a pace dictated by the client, based on personal goals and fitness level. I don't encourage immediate and total lifestyle change. I feel it's important to get in the habit of training consistently before adding the elements of cardio and nutrition. As the client progresses, we slowly incorporate a change in eating habits, as well as start to introduce various ways to achieve better cardiovascular fitness. There is no quick fix, instant gratification solutions. So I believe in taking the time necessary to adapt our minds and bodies in a way that can be sustainable for Life!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
