I have seen Doug work in a couple of roles. He coached an unruly pre-teen with a golfing lesson, and she loved it. He was patient and attentive. Also, at the pool, a couple of teenagers were learning to dive, and he coached them on technique. At first, they seemed skeptical and shy, but he put them right at ease. I saw them improve right away. He certainly has a passion for coaching, and he is very patient.
I have been both touched and blessed by this ministry. It has been that you see the heart of God in them.
Do you know that your heart matters? It requires courage to explore your heart's history with another, and it's natural to feel uncertain when searching for help with your concerns. Whether you are seeking a solution or acceptance of something without a solution, psychotherapy offers a unique space for attention, acceptance, exploration, and growth. Theresa Qualls is a licensed counselor, psychotherapist, and teacher who enjoys listening to the hearts of others. She loves providing a safe, accepting, confidential space for clients to explore their life stories, share their pain, and learn to honor and interpret their heart's deepest desires. Theresa's approach is psychodynamic, meaning she will work with you to discover how the past patterns and themes of your life maybe contributing to your present difficulty. She is also solution focused, meaning she will assist you in identifying causes of distress and quickly reduce unwanted symptoms. Prior to becoming a therapist, Theresa enjoyed careers in administration, teaching, and missions. She has worked as a therapist since 2008 when she received a master of arts degree in counseling psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. Before beginning private practice, Theresa counseled clients at The Center, Inc., in Edmonds, WA, and also at the Arkansas CARES program in Little Rock, AR. She works predominantly with adults but will also see children, 12 and older. Theresa has specialized experience with grief/loss, depression, physical and sexual abuse, trauma, eating disorders, relational issues, addiction, mood disorders, and spiritual questions.
I believe in "custom" weddings and funerals. No two events are alike, it is important to make sure the ceremony fits the event. Interacting with people

My program specializes in training women clients. I have personally transformed my own body and feel like I can help other women do the same. I honestly feel like I am giving the gift of a better quality of life. People have no idea how much better they feel after dropping 15-30 pounds. By teaching my clients how to make small changes daily, they learn that healthy eating and fitness can be fun!
