Sun Devil Door Mathew and Justin arrived on time. My pedestrian garage door hinges needed to be repositioned and adjusted to help door close smoothly instead of slamming shut really hard, every time it closed to the point of shaking the surrounding wall. They were very polite and patiently answered all my questions before they started the repair. Their team is honest. Work was completed both swiftly and properly. Pricing was appropriate. The door is working well now and shuts normal. They even honestly answered additional questions I had related to my front door. I would definitely hire them again. Very glad they were able to come to my home to help. Thank you Sun Devil Door.

Mac was awesome. He has a vast amount of knowledge to get your project done right. Mac ‘s attention to detail is what really sets him apart from the others and what I loved about him. There was never a moment that I was stressed about what he was doing. Even when he started cutting a hole in my wall where the door was going 😬. Great job today and thanks for the fun day. We hired Deven to install a front door at a renovation that was a bit of a complicated mess. He was initially very responsive, came out and did the job when he said he would. He was promptly paid. Unfortunately, an inspector brought to our attention that it was not done correctly. I immediately reached out to Deven and he told me he would be out at the property two days later to correct it. Unfortunately, he did not come back when he said he would, and ignored all other communication and requests for the last few weeks. We now had to pay, another contractor to come do it correctly.

If I could give 0 stars that would still be too generous. Pablo is unprofessional and doesn’t live up to his word. I reached out to have an exterior side door frame repaired. He called right away and said that he could come out that same day at 5pm. Couple hours later he called back and stated he couldn’t make until the next day. I was ok with it and waited until the next day which he said he would be here at noon. Didn’t get a call from him until 5pm with a story about he was busy and he can be there at 6p. An hour wasn’t bad so I agreed but he never showed nor called saying that he wasn’t going to make it. He finally called the next morning at 9am sounding drunk stating he will be at my house at 11am. I asked for compensation for my time and he barely wanted to do that and only knocked $15 off. I agreed to him coming at 11 and advised him if he doesn’t show up then forget the whole job. We ended the conversation and not even 5 mins later he called back saying that the pictures I sent him the first time we talked were just received and now there will be extra costs. Everything I needed done was mentioned in our first conversation and he responded to my text which included all the pictures sent. So, how did you not receive them? There was no talk about a price increase until a “discount” was applied. I will never reach out to him for anything ever again. Waste of time and inconsistent.
