Alicia W. says, "My husband and I purchased our home and almost immediately after moving in we noticed the electrical pump thing went out and our pool turned green and was just gross. We called out a couple of different pool companies for quote and to get their opinions on the situation. All of them were like: your salt cell is bad, it’s because you have a sand filter, the sand needs to be changed, your pool system is bad, etc..,) I knew the pool system had just been installed within the last couple of years so it couldn’t have been a bad system. So when Joe came out he saw out light was out, our electrical pump thing (the thing with the buttons) was not working, but everything else was perfectly fine. Instead of charging us an arm and a leg to go through replace and change and clean the pool we needed up with about a $300 bill. For everything and all the time he put into our system and not telling me I had to change my sandfilter because it was “old” was amazing. We have lived in our house going in 5 years now with the same sand filter and saltwater pump system and it is still going strong. Joe has been an amazing worker and always puts us first. Any time we have an issues or questions, if I call his number he picks up. I dont have to wait days for him to come back around to call me. Nancy G. says, "We cannot recommend Harris & Sonz Electric highly enough! 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ And another 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for CJ’s Amazing Attitude, Work Ethic, and Fair Prices!! CJ we truly thank you for saving us this Holiday Weekend!!! On Saturday, July 2nd, we had an outlet in our Kitchen short out while using a small kitchen appliance. This short fried both that outlet and “also” — the adjacent outlet behind our refrigerator that powers our refrigerator / freezer! We had just received a huge Whole Foods Grocery Delivery for 4th of July! We jumped on both Home Advisors and Thumbtack. Created Job Requests and Marked them as an “EMERGENCY” 🚨! Between the 2 Apps we were offered a plethora of Electricians. 1/3 never contacted us. 1/3 responded and told us they could come out in 2 to 6 days - “for our Emergency”. Haha 😂 CJ contacted us almost immediately and he was willing to finish up Bar-B-Q dinner with his family and head straight over — on a Saturday evening. He also gave us a call right then and helped trouble shoot the problem over the phone for free. 😀 WOW 🤩 We were fortunate to be able to temporarily power our Refrigerator with an extension cord ran across the kitchen for the evening ... so we arranged with CJ to come out the next morning (Sunday!) at 9:30am. CJ showed up Early at 9am and got right to work. CJ is a Great Communicator. He is conscientious. He explains what he is doing and why very clearly. He is very respectful, kind and also fit / athletic. He makes hard work look easy. He clearly knows what he is doing. Oh, and he is a great Family Man that is super proud of his amazing Wife and Children!!! My husband was previously a General Contractor in both Texas & California. He is super pleased with CJ’s work and my husband is both detailed and has high standards with respect to all things construction. He spent some time inquiring about CJ’s work experience while CJ was solving our electrical problems and was able to discern that CJ has previously worked for 3 of the most reputable Electrical Contractors in the Valley. Then, in 2021 CJ ventured out to start his own Company. He also learned that CJ is proficient in both Residential and Commercial Electrical Work. He has done work for Sam’s Club, The Gap, Wal-Mart, Bed, Bath, & Beyond, etc. My husband takes giving referrals for sub-contractors very seriously. We had good and bad experiences with Jeff's Hot tub Sales and Service. The advertised price on ThumbTack for spa cleaning was $75; the actual price was $220. We did not have a dirty spa, we use it every day. We had no repairs done, just a simple cleaning. The phrase I would use is bait and switch. They claim to be transparent regarding fees on their website; our experience shows that they are anything but transparent. On the plus side, they did a pretty good job cleaning our spa. Buyer beware, I guess. We won't be using their services again.
