Yoga with Natalie is a wonderful experience because she makes you feel comfortable no matter your skill level and will easily customize options for what works best for you. I was nervous going into my first yoga class ever, but Natalie made me feel at ease and helped me learn how to use my breathe and harness my inner strength to do moves I never thought I would be able to do! I personally find her music choices and inspirational words to be just right, mixed in with a wonderful workout. Overall I would say if you have a chance to go to yoga with Natalie and can, then DO IT! I promise you you will not regret it!
An amazing first time experience with private instruction. Full service with an extremely knowledgeable instructor who both worked at my pace and provided a custom session based on what I wanted to get out of the experience. Green Mat Yoga is definitely the way to go!
