Before long Master Soa began leading the exercise group and I’ve never been as motivated, interested, engaged, challenged and changed as now under Soa’s stewardship. Her presence is quietly powerful, her participating examples awesome and her philosophy enlightening and life changing for me. I was initially a bit skeptical of hiring a private yoga instructor on Thumbtack. I am so glad that I did. I am a runner and have been having problems with general tightness. This was exactly what I needed. My first session was fantastic. She listened to my needs and concerns and designed a session around these needs.
