I'm sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with the company. We always ask how the installation went before we leave and we are so happy to hear you are pleased with the installation and the Cabinets.
In regard to your complaint, we definitely want to provide the best service we can for you as a client. However, on multiple occasions we were informed by the workers that you were asking for additional services to be done. We told you we'd be happy to however we would need to charge you for the work. After discussing it the conclusion came that we would not do additional work.

I was not treated with respect. Follow up when there was a problem was slow or not at all. Whenever they ran into problems on their end Rodney Bagby would just say do you want your $ back and try to dump me, leave me with their mess, no cabinet door, damaged cabinet. Blamed me for being disappointed in how things went, he yelled at me on the phone and hung up. Nothing seemed to go right, when finally delivered the cabinet door was damaged, that took weeks to be reorder and didn't end well when installed. First installers made a mess, didn't bother to clean up after themselves. All I ordered was a small bathroom vanity that took months of one problem after another and being refunded $ doesn't change what they put me thru, being left with a damaged vanity to stop their madness. Or start all over again and order another vanity, no thanks.

Great communication with Rodney. Very responsive and the quality of the countertops came out beautiful.
