Introduction: I have had the fortunate chance of living in many different countries. During my travels I have had the opportunity to experience many different cultures and taste food from all around the world. I have incorporated my experience with my passion and have spent my life perfecting the two. My culinary skills are often described as authentic with a creative, personal and contemporary twist. The dishes are not busy or overrun by too many ingredients crowding one plate. Simplicity and elegance resonate throughout the world of food. Fresh, healthy and high quality ingredients are mostly used in the chemistry of my cooking. Understanding your client and engaging with their needs is very important. Ms Siti Hasnah prepared a royal Brunei meal that left all 14 of us in awe. But her custom designed chocolate cake was the surprise of the evening. Professional, polite, and attention to detail. Planning another dinner party with her.

I have been over Hasnah's house several times and she has surprised me every time with her cooking different dishes from all over the world and also her deserts were just as great and special. She is one talented lady not only in cooking but in so many areas.

I bought Hasnah's cake for Thankgiving. Her cake is SO delicious and rich. The decoration on the cake is very beautiful. I highly recommend it!!!

Dishes are always visually beautiful and full of flavor. The attention to detail is surpassed by few. Her deserts are equally stunning and never overly sweet. Just perfect for a dinner party, business party, or holiday party. I would highly recommend giving her a call. I only wish I could hire her on a regular basis.

I take my work seriously. I am proud of my work and would only deliver the best that I could. People said I have a relax friendly personality but have eagle eyes on details. I'd like my client to feel so comfortable, not to worry about the preparation of food and quality that comes with it. I am organized when I am in action. There wouldn't be any screaming stressed out even planner on the edge struggling to deliver work of perfection. Pleasant flows of work done swiftly before you know it, you are the hostess ready to entertain.
