I had a last minute need for a house cleaning service. I was very impressed by the service of this company. The owner, Tyler Matney, even personally called me to confirm my appointment and see if I had any questions. A team of 3 maids came for 1 hour - I was a little confused because I was originally thinking I needed someone to come clean for approx. 3-4 hours but this worked out the same actually (3 people X 1 hour each = 3 hours of cleaning). I especially liked the 'system' they had for cleaning my floors! The provided all of the cleaning supplies and the price was reasonable. I will use them again! :-)

Luis called me and came by my home to inspect my yard projects within an hour of my Thumbtack inquiry. I just moved into a new home and need a lot of work done to the yard. Luis and his crew came by the next day and spent a little more than two hours cleaning, triming and repairing leaks in my watering-system. I was quite amazed. He has promised to take care of our yard and I am grateful to have found him. I highly recommend Luis Landscaping.

Very Pleased with JNM house cleaning services! They were on time and prompt and did all that I expected of a housecleaning. I recently switched housecleaners to try out JNM housecleaner because the other service was never on time and right before Christmas Holiday they cancelled on me. Fantastic work! Trying to help my mom find a high quality carpet service without hurting her pockets. We were receiving new furniture in the next few days and wanted the carpet cleaned first. West Valley Carpet & Cleaning Services arrived the following day after recieving a very friendly call from a staff member named Ross. They took their time and took out trouble spots that past carpet services couldn't do. Patrick was very flexible with our scheduling when the contractors failed to meet deadlines 3 times. Patrick went above and beyond by moving another client and scheduling us in last minute so that we could meet our cleaning schedule. When David came he was knowledgeable and very helpful explaining the process and what to expect. He made sure we knew how to get the best performance out of the sanitizing and even went further than we expected cleaning the outside of the unit as well as the inside. They did a great job, we would use them again and recommend them highly.

Their main focus is on a superior and detailed cleaning job. My experience with other companies that tend to speed through to wipe it down and get out as fast as possible, Sharon’s team spends the time to catch the little things. They use good products and perform a thorough job, (others use harsh products, scour pads, and deodorizer sprays to hid the dirt missed). In my walk throughs at the end of each service, I have not found anything missed for them to “go back over”. Cleaning inside and out and all the things on all the shelves. And o-My-Gosh I never realized just how clean my windows and screens can be, Joe made it so we can clearing see the sparkle of the outside world. Audelia and her daughter were able to provide really great house cleaning services on short notice. They showed up on time and did really great work. It was so nice to have to worry about cleaning our house before our wedding!

I was impressed with their quality of work and how much they stand by their warranties. While getting my dryer vent cleaned, I had them change out the battery of a smoke detector. The next day it was beeping again and they sent someone out within an hour of my call to fix it.
