- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I always stay up to date on my first aid and CPR, and I am required to take in-depth continuing education courses every year to keep my NASM certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Passion. My greatest enemy used to be my body - and nothing I did seemed to take that enemy away. Through years of battling with weight and food, I have peace and have overcome what I thought was the enemy. I believe that my own journey can help other women overcome too. I've always loved to workout, but being a personal trainer allows me to brings so much hope to other women.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I specialize in training women with weight and body image challenges. The majority of the women I work with need help in one or both of these areas.
