I am writing this letter as both a personal and professional reference for Mr. Geoff Redmond. I have know Geoff for over ten years and in that time have had the pleasure of working alongside him.

I've known Geoff for the last 5 years. We met when our daughters played for the same elite softball club team. Geoff is an excellent softball coach. Geoff knows the game, he understands the mindset of girls playing sports and he encourages girls to play their best. Geoff is very dedicated and loves the game. He will coach girls to play to their full potential.

Geoff Redmond is an awesome coach. He taught our daughter not only how to play the game, but to love the game. He is fun and caring, but makes the girls work hard to achieve the best results they can. He was the best coach our daughter ever had.
