I honestly have nothing but good things to say about Emerald Skies Production. Cory and his team truly cared about what I wanted and what was important to me. I had my wedding this past September; I was attempting to plan my wedding while trying to graduate from my physician assistant program and pass my boards. I found Cory on TheKnot and saw some good reviews so I scheduled a time to meet with him. He was incredibly easy to work with and worked around my crazy schedule to meet and go over things. The day of the wedding, they came to my house to film to me get ready with my bridesmaids and family, they event had someone go over to my inlaws house to film my husband and his men as well; then they met with us at the venue; we had them from the moment I started getting ready, to final wave goodbye to all the guests. I never felt pressured or that they would leave at a certain time and part of our celebration wouldn’t be filmed. There pricing was great and the quality and care they put into making everything perfect was amazing. It was as if it was their wedding they were filming. They even included a slideshow of my husband and I, and all I had to do was hand them the pictures. Even after the whole event, Cory was easy to get in touch with and made sure that my parents received the video copies in time for Christmas like I had asked. He even went back through the films after all the editing and found a specific song and dance I wanted added to the film. I realize this is a long review but I truly appreciated the time and effort Emerald Skies put in to capture the entire day. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

From a bride, truth be told, we weren't originally going to have a wedding video. At the time we thought that those funds would be more useful in other parts of the budget or not at all since our wedding venue included everything. But after we found out that many of our family members would not be able to make our wedding from the east coast, the video became a necessity... and thank goodness it did! If I had to do it all again I would have booked with Corey and his team at Emerald Skies Production immediately. From the initial consultation to the in-depth interview, they work with you on such a personal level. They really take the time to get to know you, so they are able to roll with the punches on the wedding day. On our big day, they showed up on time and ready to go. While they captured every aspect of the wedding perfectly, they were never overbearing and never in our face, in fact, we hardly noticed them at all. The film is amazing, even the music the picked (or you can pick) matched us perfectly! They were able to plug into our DJ’s system and incorporate actual music played at our wedding into our video- Remarkably, they were even able to fix a music mistake our DJ made on the video so that it plays perfectly. Let’s face it, weddings don’t always go as planned, cakes can topple, rain can pour, but you don’t have to worry about a mistake with this team! Let the cake topple, let the rain pour, and let ESP capture it all so that you can laugh about it again and again. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this team. Words simply fall short. If you are having any hesitations whatsoever, give Corey a call- his work speaks for itself.

I found Cory with Emerald Skies at the expo in Phoenix and just meeting him and his company was well worth the trip. Every time I talk to guests and friends that attended my wedding they always mention Cory and how he was fun to work with. My dream was to have my wedding filmed but with my budget I just couldn't swing it. Emerald Skies was so reasonable that we couldn't pass it up. The video is amazing, the trailer is perfect and Cory was willing to make any changes and accommodations for me. He captured really unique things and at such stunning quality. We had a private ceremony which I wanted filmed and Cory was respectful and we hardly knew he was there capturing every moment. Couples always say your wedding goes by so fast but what they forget to mention is how much of the day you forget - whenever I watch my wedding video I get to relive all of the memories that I may have forgotten due to being on cloud 9, I get to see behind the scenes stuff that the bride and groom always miss out on. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always believed in doing what you love for a career. Over nine years ago I had a decision to make, and I made the right one. I had the opportunity to take a Television Production class in High School. I fell in love with video editing and video production instantly. Ever since then I have built up my company on the principle that my passion can can be used to help others remember the most important memories. My company produces our final product based off of experience, passion, and pride in what we do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that our company does includes video and audio recording of wedding videos, High School plays and concerts, business seminars, instruction videos, and much more. We also provide editing services including sports highlight videos, VHS to DVD conversion, color correcting and photo restoration. We then have done services including DVD production, packaging and duplication.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Your event is only going to happen once. Make sure that what you are getting is not just a highlight of the day or event, but that it allows you to relive the experience again.
