My name is Andrea and I am so excited to help you on your journey to change. I will coach you on how to eat mindfully and how to fuel your body so that you FEEL good. I know that everyone wants to have more energy and to wake up feeling refreshed so I will show you which foods will help you with that. Alongside mindful eating, exercise is top priority. My personal one on one training is one hour and includes a custom workout each session so that muscle adaption is minimized. We will be connected DAILY to keep you on track. I will also stretch you at the end of every session because I feel it is just as beneficial to your body as the workout. In addition to that, I plan your outside workouts when you are not with me. I am not the type of trainer who sees you for your hour and sends you back on your way...that's why I am very good at what I do. I get results...our workouts will be HIIT style with a combination of weights, plyometrics, machines, bands etc... I make sure that each one of my clients has an individual plan made just for them and I'm excited to talk goals with you! Let's get it !

Andrea is an excellent trainer. I have numerous physical challenges and limitations, including my age (65). Andrea listened to my concerns and structured sessions that focused on strengthening parts of my body while minimizing the impact on problem areas (joint replacements). She is very knowledgeable about the body and explains why working a certain area will help you down the road. She is professional in her sessions, and gently nudges you to do more than you think is possible. She makes you want to do the best you can without “getting in your face.” I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone looking for a trainer. She has it all and brings it all to the table!

I worked with Andrea extensively during a period when I was trying to lose weight and get healthy before my son was born, and she really helped me build a program of exercises that generated results, had me feeling healthy, and lost some serious weight. Andrea is supportive, funny and patient... Especially if you've never worked with a personal trainer before, she is incredibly helpful. I would absolutely recommend her if you're looking for a trainer who can guide you toward better fitness.
