I had 2 private sessions with Danielle at my home. It was great she was able to travel to me and bring music , props and blankets, I had my own mat. She customized my session which was perfect, I'm at being a beginner. Inhad opportunity to try new poses that challenged me as well. She made me feel confident. I felt comfortable with her instructions and she answered questions when I was unsure about a new pose. My husband joined us on day 2, he said she is one of the best private instructors he's experience. He's been practicing Yoga for over 5 years. I look forward to our next sessions with Danielle when we are up North. Thank you Bebe & Robert :)

Shamanic sound healing is based on the principle that if sound and vibration can create worlds, then it can also heal. In Shamanic sound healing, as you enter the healing space and come to lie down on your back, Tim will create a sacred space protected by white light for your highest good. Tim works with many high- and low-frequency instruments such as a Paiste symphonic Gong, rattle, Tibetan bowls, drums, and whistles from the Amazon. The frequency range of the instruments that Tim uses are designed to work on the different frequencies that correspond to the chakra system. By working on a frequency level within the chakra system, we are able to uncover beliefs that are holding us back and keeping us from our true selves. At the end of the sound journey, Tim works with power animal cards to asses your experience throughout the journey. Shamanic sound healing in a private setting is all about helping you to rebalance, restore and renew.
I am a yoga teacher with 600 hours of training in several different modalities. I also am a recuperative breast cancer yoga specialist. I am also a hiking guide. I have been hiking and exploring the land for 30 years and have a very special connection to mother earth. I take people onto the beautiful Red Rocks of Sedona, AZ, and teach yoga on the magic Red Rocks. We also do a wonderful guided meditation using essential oils for anointing, then to make the experience more special we do cleansing ceremonies with sage, sweet grass, dragon's blood and others. I provide a way for people to release things that don't serve them any longer, truly connecting with their inner selves. I teach people how to become connected with themselves, nature and mother earth. I provide many more kinds of hikes, native ruins hike, where we will discover native ruins that many people don't know about, and feel the connection of the spirit. I am a certified horticulturist, so we also do nature and plant walks where we learn about the plants and animals of the forest. I also discuss the many ways that the Native Americans used the plants. Another popular hike is our swimming hole hikes where we hike to secret swimming holes for relief from the summer heat (clothes optional)! Our last hike is a photo hikes; the opportunity for photography here is overwhelming!
I want to take the intimidation out of practicing yoga in a studio by making it available to everyone. Teaching private, semi-private and group yoga classes in a non-traditional studio setting helps me gear each class toward your unique goals. Sessions are held in my personal home studio or at a park, weather permitting.

Enjoy an authentic and traditional hatha yoga experience with an emphasis on the breath. This deep medicinal practice will gently place you into your quiet-centered, blissful state. Amber is making your meditation that much more fulfilling. Amber's practice will be customized to your needs, and the primary basis is restorative as well as ideal for treating in-hormone therapy, strength building, reproductive health and general regulation of all of the internal systems. This style, again, is traditional and medicinal, working with the root foundation of yoga. Disclaimer: You will not find so much of a flow salutations-style with this practice as you would with ashtanga or vinyasa.
I am an intuitive healer, compassionate listener, and prana persuader
We can go hiking to some of the most unknown places in Sedona, do yoga on the beautiful Red Rocks of Sedona, connect to Mother Earth and smudge ceremonies to clear negative energy and let go of anything that does not serve you. I have a 300-hour certificate in hatha, vinyasa, yin and therapeutic yoga from the Alberta Yoga Association. I also have a 200-hour certificate from Yandara Yoga School in Baja, Mexico. I also have studied with many international teachers such as Thomas Ahsley Ferrand, one of the foremost experts in Sanskrit and mantra chanting (God rest his soul). I studied in Spain with renewed teachers, e,g. with Rama Vernon on inversions, chanting and how to better communicate your yoga to your students. I also worked with people who have physical limitation and helped with their quality of life by giving them their own personal practice. This includes regular assessments to gauge improvements. I also work with breast cancer patients to improve their range of movement after surgery and use breath work to improve their energy level, especially after chemotherapy.
I provide individual, semi-private, and group instruction throughout Flagstaff, Sedona and the surrounding region. I have been teaching for 12 years and love working with people of all ages and abilities and in a wide range of environments from yoga in the local city parks to the Grand Canyon, as well as in people's homes. I believe that yoga can benefit all people in a variety of ways and look for the ways in which I can help open up individual's ideas of what they can do at a wider scope. I focus on alignment, breath, and creativity in all my sessions. I want people to keep doing the work that they need to do to improve their bodies and minds. I want to make it accessible, clear and fun.
