- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some pricing is standardized. Most of what we do is custom and requires consultation with homeowner or contractor to apply glass, hardware and design options to available budget to arrive at agreeable pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In-home visit/consultation, show pics of past work, help with design ideas, guide product selection (if necessary) to fit customer budget, generate estimate (usually during 1st visit), take deposit (50%), order, install. We offer lifetime warranty on all products and services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
43 years of experience (since 1969) in windows and doors. 36 years of experience in custom glass, mirror and granite. 15 years of experience in frameless shower enclosures and custom applications (back-painted custom backsplash, cast glass, room dividers, etc.)
