I've been working with Unique Performance AZ since July and I have loved every minute of it! Rochelle knows her stuff when it comes to nutrition and has been awesome to work out with. She pushes me in a kind yet motivating way. In just 12 sessions (going 3x/week) I lost 4% body fat. It's been such a great experience and I look forward to my weekly workouts with her. I love working out and knowing I'm doing every move safe and effective injury free! :)

Both Ryan and Rochelle are great trainers. They have worked with my schedule and provided a training program that works for the fitness goals I have in mind. Their prices are great and I love that I can do roll over sessions if I happen to miss a training session. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and will continue to do so.
