- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical realtor commission is 3% to buyers agent and 3% to sellers agent. For rentals my fee is $300 but not all leasing agents pay that so, my client may have to make up the difference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, Realtors® are required to have 24 continued education credits every 2 years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Buy, sell or lease property.
