There were a couple of problems setting up the WiFi thermostats, but other than that, everything went quite well.
Chris arrived at the scheduled time and even gave a call ahead of time that he was on his way. He was very friendly and courteous. After describing that I needed the common ground wires connected to both my air handlers he quickly got to work and accomplished the task. He went above and beyond my request by installing the new thermostat with out me asking. He was through to make sure that it was hooked up correctly and that both heating and air conditioning was still working properly. He also offered to come back if anything wasn't working as it should. I would highly recommend Grand Air for HVAC work. Thanks Chris for a job well done.
Ronnie does an amazing job - will definitely work with him again for any home repairs/projects. He installed for me a wi-fi thermostat, ceiling fan, patched up drywall, cleared up garbage disposal, even got my fridge to stop making an annoying noise. Pretty sure he can do just about anything there is related to home repair. Great guy, very reliable, does great work. Highly recommend him
All in all it was an amazing experience. Had two common wires installed and thermostats installed for a very reasonable price. Plus they came out on a Saturday which was the only time I could do it.

I hired Optimus for a new A/C install on one of my rental units, after receiving a total of 5 quotes. I will admit, I was a bit nervous about using him because he was not based out of Tucson, rather just outside of Phoenix, but that concern was quickly set aside when I met him during his evaluation of my property. Chris was not only the best price of all my quotes, he proved to be the most responsive, consistent and informative of all the companies I interviewed. I could tell Chris was a good diagnostician and had the ability to think out of the box offering reliable and reasonable solutions to the specific needs of my property. As a business owner, my expectations of any company I hire is that they respond to my calls within a reasonable amount of time, he exceeded that expectation. If I had a question, he answered it, if I had a concern, he addressed it and addressed it quickly. Chris had to make an adjustment to the ducting on my rental unit, the Price he quoted never changed, even though he had to travel back for the changes. I was so impressed with his workmanship, work ethic, professionalism, fair and Honest pricing I decided to add a second A/c unit on the other side of the duplex and then had him come to my home to look at my squeaky, ready to fall apart swap cooler. Once I received his quote, I decided to install my 1st personal AC unit with an AC condenser on the roof and a new Gas Furnace inside along with a fancy thermostat that I can control from work, I am very pleased with this set up. I have entered into additional contract work with Chris and hired him to do maintenance work on a couple of other rentals that I own with older A/c units; clean the coils and assist with problematic water damage due to clogged tubing to include an emergency roof patch. I have referred Chris to several of my friends, they were so happy with his work, they referred him to several of their friends. Wife and I said "oh, great" when we discovered that one of our split system units compressor met its fate. Enter Tyler to the rescue. Now, I NEVER write reviews after work is done to anything I own.Tyler and Simple Home Comfort are supremely thorough, knowledgeable, and QUALIFIED. What I learned prior to investing in 2 split system units is hiring someone who has the science of installation to a "T". Obviously, investing in two AC units is a dreadful experience but we cannot live without it in the desert. My wife and I are expecting a son in March so we had limited time to get things done. We reached the conclusion to hire Tyler after 9 estimates! Yes, 9 estimates! Not only did he TELL me what he was going to do with regards to diagnosis and replacement of both of our split system units--he SHOWED me what was sour and what was sweet. In fact, he even demonstrated right in front of me how one compressor had went bad and how the other compressor was functional through his electrical tests. THIS was a critical factor on why we hired Tyler. No other company did this when they came out for an estimate. If you want someone to SHOW you whats wrong rather than TELL you, then provide you with ethical knowledge, fair market pricing on AC Units, and replacement recommendations --Tyler and Simple Home Comfort is the absolute route to go. Trust me, I did TONS of homework for 3 weeks prior to giving Tyler the green light. Our units look great, the new thermostats have WiFi capability and most importantly-Tyler backs his work through both manufacturer warranty and Simple Home Comfort warranties that cover labor and such at fair pricing. I was having a cooling issue with my A/C. AAA came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was informed that my current A/C unit was deteriorated and was in need of substantial repairs or a new A/C unit. My A/C unit is on the roof so I had no access to it. The tech actually took photos of the problem area and gave me the option of repairing it or replacing the unit. The tech was absolutely honest with me in that the "fix" may not "cure" the problem. He said the option was purely mine to decide what I wanted to do (in other words, he didn't try to sell me what he wanted to sell me rather he let me make the decision after having all the facts). I decided to replace the unit with a new one. The tech's experience helped me make an informed decision on which unit to choose. After deciding which unit to go with, they scheduled me in. When they arrived, all the tech's were clean and neatly dressed in matching shirts and pants. They were very friendly and had the old unit out and the new unit in, in about 4 hours. The tech installed a new thermostat that they recommended (I recommend it too, the NEST is awesome!!) and set it all up for me and took the time to show me how it operates. All in all, I am 100% pleased with the service I received. Their customer service is excellent and their pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend AAA.
