Julie was a dream come true for what I was looking for. Having no experience with yoga for my group and I she was patient understanding and supportive. Everything went just as I had wanted it to be. She was so super accommodating . And easy to work with. Called her on Saturday evening wanted to do the very next day and she was more than willing. She brought all of the equipment plus the perfect attitude to make everyone feel at ease. Can't wait for our next session. I would highly recommend her to any one looking for any type of yoga experience. I was beyond happy with the entire thumbtack experience. Thumbs up

Donna works extremely well with my pace. I have no yoga experience and I have back pain but she is very patient and clear. She is very calm and relaxed which is important for a yoga instructor. Although I have been doing yoga for only a month I already see good results. I am very happy to have Donna as a yoga instructor.

Eric is great! After practicing yoga with some regularity for a number of years, I recently "fell off the yoga wagon" and am pretty out of shape. Due my crazy work schedule and long hours, it's hard for me to make it to yoga classes on week days. I hired Eric for private lessons in my home. We've only had one class so far, but he is excellent. It was a great class. He has a very calm, soft spoken, demeanor. Already scheduled him to come back for another lesson!
Nicole is amazing! I am glad she found yoga and I found her. Terrific one on one yoga classes with helpful corrections and suggestions. Her soothing voice works wonders in yoga nidra delivery as well! I wish I could say more on the nidra, but I lose consciousness very quickly. I get up feeling happy and healthy though.
I had gone elsewhere for a class and wasn’t impressed but wanted to give it another try when I found Shanti. .They were wonderful! Even though everyone else was more advanced than me, Sharon took the time to help me with every position and show me how to adjust the exercise to my ability. And I never felt uncomfortable or out of place. I absolutely would recommend Shanti Yoga to anyone.
A year ago I began the practice of hot yoga at my daughters encouragement. My daughter is a yoga instructor and said it would be good for me at this stage of my life. As a senior citizen, I was reluctant to start the practice of hot yoga. I agreed to take yoga classes at my daughters studio and that is where I met Shelly White another yoga teacher and friend of my daughter. I immediately fell in love with Shelly. Her big beautiful smile and her caring personality was what I found to be encouraging to me starting this program at my age. I soon joined a yoga studio near my home and was pleasantly surprized that Shelly taught one of my Friday afternoon classes. A bundle of nerves starting this new venture, Shelly sooned calmed me down and was very helpful to me as I learned the class and the poses. Shelly made me comfortable by being so helpful and patient with me that I never missed her Friday afternoon class after that. We have become great friends and Shelly is the greatest teacher who helped a senior start a new program of hot yoga.

I recently completed my second 200 hour training at Anahata Energy and Sound Healing Studio in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
