- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Offering 10 % off first time customers We supply all paint and materials from Dunn Edwards or Sherwin Willaims paint products. We based our prices depending on repairs needed on walls, ceilings, etc. also if it's a new construction or older construction. Stain and varnish painting is extra on cost. We like to meet our clients in person to get a better idea of their project, we also like to negotiate on prices to give our customers the best deal!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to greet and meet each one of our clients. We feel like meeting in person shows our commitment and our attention to detail. Second step is after a customer approves on pricing, we give a full description of scope of work along with firm date - time to determine a schedule who fits both our client and us, Third step we give a sample for painting on either a wall or depending on which item is getting painting. We check with our clients' paint quality along with the exact color that matches there like! We also go over all scope of work and give exact steps on all work being performed. Lastly, we do a full walk through. our clients get 100% satisfaction, and we make sure all work is done at perfection! You get to see your ideas painted and brought to life.!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each one of our team members have more than 3 years of experience in residential painting and commercial painting. Our team leader / Forman has the most knowledge with more than 15 years of experience.
