I thought i had an A/C problem and Ricardo responded within 5 minutes. While we were talking the A/C unit started to work so I had him come out and do maintenance and check the units out. He came out and checked everything as well as throughly cleaned the units. I loved his thought process of doing things right rather than doing a cheap patch. I'd definitely hire him again.

Ricardo kept us in the loop when he was running a little late, but stayed late to finish the job all in one day.
