Ricardo from Man of All Trades came to inspect my roof. He was very punctual and communicated well with me concerning his arrival time. When he arrived, he, his team, and his equipment looked professional and neat. The situation with the roof I knew was not good. Ricardo was professionally candid about the situation. He gave us an estimate for the roof and a couple of other issues he saw with the house. He also gave us some suggestions for what could be done to help the family I was trying to help with some of the issues in their house. He showed he cares about helping people. I hired him to look at the roof for a family I was helping. He was SO professional and caring, I am having him give me an estimate on some remodeling work I am planning at my house.

Quickly cleaned up the mess Penguin Air left (screws left inside the unit when they did a routine tune-up). Really easy to work with and incredibly responsive. The price for the service was very reasonable. No issue with our A/C unit. Will definitely work with Ricardo in the future!
