Chef Michael and his staff catered my daughter's bridal shower luncheon. All was very delicious and professionally executed. The presentation was wonderful and so beautiful! I have been working out with O'Neil fittness for years and I have always gotten the results I've wanted. I've worked with other trainers, but none motivated me like O'Neil fitness. Their knowledge on nutrition and health has really helped me to stay healthy.
Danny is great, he planned a nutrition and work out program for me that I can use any where I go whether it be my home or a hotel. Danny also gave me an inside work out plan and outside work out plan , so depending on the weather or how I feel, I can do either one! I love the freedom of not having to change my schedule and living a healthier life. I would strongly recommend using Coach Daleys programs to improve your quality of life.

I participate in semi-personal training and personal training for weight loss. Each time I go in for a workout I leave feeling accomplished. I am also provided with workout regimens for off days along with a nutrition plan. Everyone there is very personable and makes u feel welcome. You will not feel like you're just another number. Although Sara is my sister, that does not make my review any less true. She is compassionate and kind and truly loves helping others. She is who I turn to for any nutrition based questions and who I call when I need advice on anything baby related (his lack of sleep, what to put on a diaper rash, etc). She is also the person who made me realize how important it is to combine yoga and stretching with my normal work out routine. Combining yoga with my weightlifting has helped tremendously with my severe neck pain I had from two roll over car accidents. I very rarely get neck/tension headaches anymore. I recommend her to anyone, especially those just starting on their journey because she is very good at providing guidance.
Damian is great at what he does. I'm a runner and I am amazed at the increased flexibility that I know have due to the stretch sessions that experienced from Damian. The nutritional advice has also been a positive influence in my health. I would definitely recommend Damian in all his listed expertise.

I asked Sam for fitness and nutrition advise because I wanted to maintain my strength and loose body fat during my 2016 track and field season. She really helped me put a plan together which allowed me to achieve my goals. I lost 3% body fat (10 down to 7) and I even increase my strength numbers in the weight room.
