Disappeared from work for awhile and no communication . As I saw some of the crew they mentioned they will be back the next day for 1 hour. Was told the project would take about 4 days but I understand rain changed the timeline but we are now going on day 27. The portion that was agreed upon is not corrected and I stopped by the property today and the tiles are not repaired and the bird strips are not there. finally had to reach out to the owner of the company so we will see if anything changes. However I will say the patio repair looks very good but communication wise they are 1 out of 10. Now only if the other work gets completed. Disappointed in my choice but you live and learn
