I can highly recommend this personal self defense course as I have learned so many helpful techniques and skills to defend myself if necessary. I feel much more confident in my own ability to stand up to a possible attacker. This program teaches self defense in a detail oriented setting and covers everything from grabbing defense to gun and knife defense. Anyone will benefit from going through this course, it can definitely save lives!

Master Williamson provides valuable and practical self-defense knowledge based on many years of experience. His explanations are easy to understand and follow. Master Williamson is patient and offers alternative ways to accomplish each of the techniques he is teaching. He is one of the best instructors I have come across.
