Tavares is a great trainer to workout with...very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I was able to lose over 30lbs with him even while I wasn't sticking to the nutrition. I highly recommend him and I will be going back soon to work out with him again.

Clients go to the website picks a plan schedules first appointment before first appointment we will have a consultation and go over all paperwork and questions about the program.

I am a NFPT Certified Personal Trainer with a Certificate of completion as a Physical Therapy Technician
