This was service like I got used to years ago. Saul showed up on time, knew what he was looking at, had the experience to know what needed to be done first. He understands the problem, having the solution and the program of corrective action. A very professional service technician. He had a trainee with him which I always welcome. Veltry was punctual and friendly. He was also knowledgeable and explained what the problem was in detail and didnt try to overcharge me unnecessarily. Great company- glad I found them!
