David and his team are without question the best out there! I hired him to paint the interior of my home as well as refinish the cabinets in my kitchen and he and his team did a phenomenal job! They were not only professional, but also were very detailed in ensuring things were done right the first time. I had several quotes and David was by far the best price. If you are looking for a someone to help with any home remodeling or repairs you should look no further and hire Time4LSM. I highly recommend David and his team and will use them again and again for any jobs I need to have done to my home.
Hired Adrian to remove demolition materials from my bathroom remodeling. Adrian and his buddy showed up on time, did a great job, price was good and they were very polite and courteous. I will without hesitation use Adrian again and will give him all my recommendations to other customers.
Interior paint job, full fireplace remodel, recess lights added, electrical outlets added, tile removal and brick added
EXCELLENT RESULTS!!! SOLID TEAM, CONSISTENT FOLLOW THROUGH!!!! THIS IS WHAT WORKING WITH A CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE!!! Josh Rudin and his team at ASAP RESTORATION completely restored our home after it was flooded. We are so happy we ended up hiring them. They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. Jason was our Project Manager and I know we couldn't have gotten through all of this without his help as well. Everything from sheetrock to drywall and painting to door trims was well done. We got to know the staff well, and they were such nice people with good work ethic. ASAP also has great sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. They recommended great quality products and have the right professionals for installation. I'm in the design business myself and had never been through an experience like this with flood damage. I can't say enough about the professionalism and follow through from ASAP. I would and will recommend them to my friends and family. Also important to note, if they have a point of view on something that would look better, listen to them, they know their business. We went back and forth on a few finish options and whenever I took their advice, I was happy with the end result! I may be a designer, but I believe you can always learn something new if you stay open! Here's the reality check. You as the customer have to do your homework too. Don't expect them to bring you lots of floor samples and counter top samples and cabinet samples. That is time consuming and not part of their job. But do feel free to ask them for advice on where to go to check out materials, they have great sources!! My opinion is, when you go through something like this, you have to take the time to understand what your insurance company is willing to pay for. Talk to your adjustor if you have questions. And once you know, for example, what your budget is for kitchen countertops, go check out material pricing at Lowe's. Then you can have a reasonable conversation with your contractor. If you don't do your own homework and just leave it in your contractor's hands, you will be fine - just don't complain if it isn't exactly what you imagined. Hiring a contractor is a 2 way relationship. If you don't do your part, you shouldn't complain unless something is actually installed wrong. We are very happy with all the work performed by ASAP!! SO GRATEFUL TO ASAP RESTORATION FOR MAKING OUR HOME BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!!
Did a great job on our kitchen backsplash. It looks great.
Pima Decorating painted the Exterior of our house, fixed our kitchen sink cabinet and drywall damage from a water leak. Larry was very professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing as he was doing it. I highly recommend Pima Decorating to anyone.
Herbert and Karen helped me get through the last few days work on a house I have spent many months and years doing up. They did everything from replacing a cracked tile in my kitchen, to taking off a branch of a tree, to putting up plaster board, painting trim and venetian shutters , electrical work and advice on plumbing issues. I was delighted to find a team that could do all of this and who were also so nice to be around. You won't be disappointed, they are professional and detailed with their work as well.
2013 Global Prevention Services in Phoenix, Arizona, had the instruction to restore our home which was partly damaged by water and mold. Parts of walls, floors, kitchen-and bath furniture plus various installations needed to be replaced. We, the owners, live overseas and had neither influence nor ways of control to overlook the forthcoming progress concerning the project, but GPS has proven to be reliable. GPS's estimates were more reasonable in comparison to other companies. All issues like; perfect timing, well trained friendly leading personnel and correct accounts are agenda. Global Prevention Services passed professional inspection and brought full satisfaction to us. Without doubts we can recommend this trustworthy company.
Photo updates to follow First, I should say that for a big project like this, I would hire John again, bottom line. That is probably the most straightforward way to assess the renovation as a whole. We hear nightmare stories all the time about significant (and even minor) home renovations and, while we had our frustrations, we went through a big job with few significant complaints. Planning/cost: Initially discussing the project, John was extremely receptive to our budget needs: we had saved up a very specific amount of money, and needed to complete two big projects in order to make the house more appealing to future renters (as we plan to move to a home with my wife's parents for the foreseeable future). The house had only one bathroom, even though it was approximately 1600 square feet. We needed to fix that if any families were going to rent. John understood and very clearly explained where we would be able to save money, what he would charge us for his work, for materials he bought vs. materials we provided, the realistic areas we could go cheap and the areas we couldn't scrimp on. John's price was not just competitive, but frankly made the difference between us being able to have these two complete and dramatic projects vs. one that would have left us feeling wanting. However, it was the price along with the fact that his clients indicated he was flexible and budget sensitive through the whole project that made the decision for us. (We've certainly dealt with people who claim to be able to work with "x" budget, and then everything somehow inflates dramatically over time.) We had a laundry/utility room that was separated from the main house by a breezeway. John connected it to the main house with brick in the same style as the house. He converted the room to a full bath and laundry room with a large shower. Simultaneously, he opened up the bare backyard wall of the main house, installing larger windows and glass french doors. Quality of work/cleanliness: John completed a great deal of the work himself, using a subcontractor to perform most of the brick work and the drywall. The quality, functionality, and look of the work overall was simply fantastic. Day after day they meticulously cleaned up their work, leaving as little footprint as possible on our day to day lives throughout the process, which, frankly reduced the stress that I believe tends to naturally accumulate during such projects. Once we paint it I believe the new brick will be entirely indistinguishable from the old. The brick has extremely clean lines in the same pattern as the existing work, and the finishing work around the windows and doors is excellent. We did have a brief ordeal flushing out a clog that seemed to result from construction debris, but ultimately the plumbing is excellent. Similarly, the shower tile work ultimately is terrific, but we did have a problem with the layout due to an error that John corrected, and it looks wonderful. In the bathroom, he took what was basically a junk/laundry room and installed an elegantly laid out vanity, toilet, laundry hookups on one side, and a massive shower, and utility/cleanup sink on the other, with room to spare. He added a simple half-wall to divide the toilet from the washer/dryer that works perfectly to separate the space. The shower he created for us is enormous and beautiful. Every time we go in the room, we are impressed all over again. The whole room could have appeared like a necessary appendage stuck on to the rest of the house, but that large, bright tile shower makes the room look elegant. Flexibility: I hated to lose my very functional utility sink from that room and hadn't planned for a replacement; however, John helped by coming up with a clever solution to put a sealed brick sink in with the water heater closet. which works perfectly. It's a clean, and very functional solution that I constantly appreciate having, though it was certainly a significant adjustment for him. When we requested adjustments, it felt as though John quoted a bit high to accommodate time and materials (and his added stress). But all in all he was fair and up front about the work, his time, and our options. That being said, there were some frustrations: Our frustrations all come down to communication and documentation. I don't fault John for all of this - his talent lies in the work he does; had we been more on the ball, we would have been more clear and organized ourselves. We had any number of preliminary discussions with John, and agreed to three or four major things up front, that satisfied us the work could be done in a way that would meet all of our needs. But as the project began and progressed, numerous details were forgotten. Specifically, the layout of the utility room and the physical requirements for the french doors to be installed. John repeatedly asked how we wanted to accommodate something as if we had not already come to a conclusion on the matter and we would essentially have to re-figure it out. Specifically, he forgot the layout that best accommodated all of the elements I mentioned above, and he forgot that he would have to "float" the bathroom wall, requiring a different (pricier) toilet than originally planned. Additionally, when he went to start work on the french doors, he had to take extra time to order a lintel that would span the entire length rather than two separate lintels - but, of course these were dimensions he'd known since originally planning the project. Things like this ultimately got worked out to our satisfaction, with one frustrating exception, but if either of us had documented what we'd agreed upon, it would have saved a great deal of hassle and debate, as my wife and I had to re-discuss everything ourselves as well, which reinforced John's feeling that we'd never come to a final agreement to begin with. Time/documentation: While we believe John was more than fair in his billing, the lack of clear, consistent documented days/hours prevented us from having a clear, concrete idea where we stood financially during the project. This impacted us when, in a couple of instances, we did ask for changes (such as installing the utility sink) and he quoted us for the change, though we had no idea whether we were in the high or low end of the overall planned project. All of this is to say: John worked it all out, and he did so in a way that was affordable, excellent, excellent, quality, beautiful work. But, in order to avoid frustration, agreements as to planning should be documented and ongoing days/hours worked should be documented. This would help avoid revisiting complicated plans and would allow for adjustments without having to be in the dark about the bottom line. Day in, day out, we are grateful for the work John did, and that it didn't eat us alive financially, because he did come in right in line with the budget. We love looking through our fantastic glass doors every morning. We have guests stay with us for a day or two, and love having a beautiful distinct bathroom they can use when they stay with us. We love knowing they won't feel they're entering into some dark corner of the house tacked on because it had to be, but that there's a beautiful bath with plenty of space that they can make themselves feel at home in.
Jack at Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling, Inc was excellent to work with. He was quick to respond, had great communication, and honest about the process. Highly recommended.
Ethan has exceeded our expectations in every way and has been awesome to work with! Our project became far more complicated than expected and Ethan provided practical solutions along the way to get things done and he never hesitated to go the extra mile. Ethan has a calm and focused demeanor I found very helpful during what can be a stressful time as we prepared to remodel our home. Most importantly, the finished product was meticulous and has provided our contractors with a level of detail in our plans that's sure to produce exactly what we want for our home. EGB has earned my highest recommendation by over-delivering high quality results with great communication through the process and the utmost professionalism and a job well done!
Luke was very professional in the handling of this job. He did the job in 2 phases and actually made some suggestions for me to save money. He was also able, with his partner, to point out some items that needed to be fixed (irrigation and outdoor water lines) that they were able to do before completing the concrete job. Fixing the irrigation and plumbing was included in the quote, and I satisfied with the job done. I would recommend him.
Dave has done many jobs for me personally and have referred him to may friends and business associates. Work is guaranteed and he will always do the right thing to ensure the job is 100% to your satisfaction. Some of the jobs he has done for me is electrical, roofing, plumbing, drywall & painting, flat screen hanging and kitchen remodel. With Dave it's one stop shopping! No need to have several contractors to complete a job because Dave does it all. I highly recommend Dave for any task you may have.
Ernie is awesome! He completed our kitchen remodel for us and we couldn’t be happier. I’m not great at leaving reviews so I’ll keep it simple: The quality and attention to detail - 100/100 Responsive/ Punctual - 100/100 Worth every penny - 100/100
So I am redeveloping this mid-century home off 16th Street and Osborn and decided to open the kitchen and living room into one grand room tearing out a load-bearing wall and placing a rustic oversize glulam as a load support. This was a tricky and complicated job. Had lot's of guys come out to quote and kick the tires, but most were full of BS or going to sub-out the job or ridiculous on price because they didn't understand the job. After spending 15 minutes speaking his brother I knew I had the right crew. They were able to read the engineering sheets and even gave some valuable insights on how to pour the footing using a pretty cool technique that preserved the original floor. When they started the job there was no jerking around. Just A@#holes and elbows, 3 guys grinding out a tough day of work. All in all, they weren't cheap, but not expensive either. They worked great as a team and got a hard job done timely. I will use these guys again for rough framing, sub-framing & drywall and to some extent finishing work. They made my remodel go a whole lot smoother.
5 star company! Had them take out our builder grade tub and twin sink, install new higher profile toilet and put in a large walk in shower with sprayers at both ends with center entrance. Narsay and Sammy Bello did a great job explaining their process, timelines and how to save expense with our selections. Their tile guy was phenomenal as well. After we agreed on price and timelines we decided to add some extras like new lighting fixtures we had purchased and two very heavy mirrors - they agreed to hang them at no additional charge. We also had them install backsplash in our kitchen area and it turned out much better than our expectations. We had selected tile already for it and Sammy took the time to go shop for something we might like better and we loved his choice. He took our tile back to return it as well. Two very hardworking and experienced guys that I'd recommend for a major master bath remodel or kitchen remodel. Our son liked the work and is considering doing a similar project and we recommended Venus Homes LLC to him as well.
Vizcom Contracting employers we’re very good at fixing my water damage on my master bathroom and remodeling my title. They all had uniforms and name tags on their shirts they took good care making my master restroom feel like a spa. Also Omar was very efficient at responding to my questions and accommodate to my budget. I will totally recommend Vizcom contracting.
Edith Castillo and her crew did an excellent job at remodeling my kitchen counters and bathrooms. They perform they job in the established time. Our kitchen now looks gorgeous and so do our bathroms; our friends are planning to hire their excellent crew to remodel their homes as well. Their prices are very affordable. We will need them to remodel a couple of homes we are selling. We are certain that after the remodeling is complete, the home value will considerable increase. Thank you ECGRANITE you guys did a phenomenal job!!
We hired S&R builders to do a kitchen and master bathroom/closet renovation that we had a strict budget for. They did such a great job with our initial request that we kept adding to our project list, and they were eager to help and offered stellar pricing!! They did our entire remodel from demoing walls, reframing and texturizing, moving and adding of plumbing, moving and adding of electrical, shower tiling, kitchen backsplash, and facilitated the installation of our countertops. We are very pleased with the outcome. It turned out better than we imagined and we will definitely be recommending them to our friends!!
I am exceedingly happy with my remodel and room addition done by CPR&R. The owner of the company, Chad Preece, does outstanding work and has a great attention to detail. I liked how he was very easy to get a hold of especially if I had any questions and would accompany me to pick out floor coverings, bathroom fixtures, lighting and paint. Chad also was very conscientious about saving money and keeping costs down. I felt very comfortable having him and his employees working in my house while i was home or while I was out of town. I would highly recommend CPR&R for remodeling and room addition work.
they build for me a new house, and it was better than i was expecting, work was very professional, very caring and faithful people
