Joe Martin is amazing. His knowledge of music and what keeps people dancing is truly impressive. I was MOH at my friends wedding (March 2013) and helped her choose the DJ, when meeting Joe we were impressed with is professionalism and experience. We asked for some obscure songs in advance (1940s swing, and a few youtube artisits) and on the the wedding day he had them! and the correct versions too! His communciations prior to the event were timely and comprehensive, he ensured we knew exactly what to expect. We even had a few last minute changes on the day of and he was open to adjustment and pulled it off beautifully. At no point was he hurried or anxious, in fact his calm was calming to the rest of us. He also serves as master of ceremeonies as a part of his DJ duties and kept the evenings activities flowing perfectly. I reccomend Joe very much. He shows up with all the correct equipment (including a laser light show!) and dressed in a tux! He will truly make your event wonderful.

To all those who are reading this review and debating whether to send Blissful Blooms an email, press that send button because you will be more than happy that you did. My fiance and I got married on March 18, 2017. I had never inquired into a florist and really did not have any knowledge as to what it was that I was looking for. I had a vision of what I wanted the venue and the bouquets to look like but I really had no idea how to make that vision a reality. Then I met Carlyn .... My mother, sister and I met with Carlyn about a year before the wedding. Upon meeting Carlyn you could tell that she truly loves what she does. It was apparent that she cared just as much as I did that the flowers and the arrangements were a reflection of my husband and I and that the venue looked simply beautiful for the best day of our lives. Carlyn was kind, patient and spent quite a bit of time with us in order to create my vision. When I walked into the venue the day of our wedding I almost cried. The venue was beautiful. She did not just create my vision, she perfected it. The colors of the flowers were breathtaking. I did not even know some of those flowers existed. I was complimented by MANY of the guests at the wedding as to how gorgeous the centerpieces were and how the flowers really pulled together the venue and my husband and I's personality. You would have never known that I had a floral budget :) I cannot thank Carlyn enough for everything that she did for us. She really helped make our dreams come true :)

Lexi did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup trial. It was really convenient that she was able to travel to my home. The curl on my hair turned out beautiful! She knew which makeup shades to choose to work well with my skin tone and took her time to get everything right. I can't wait to see everything together on my wedding day. I was so incredibly pleased with Sheila's service and food. She catered a dinner for about 50 people with only a few days notice. While I coordinate these dinners on a monthly basis, and typically use the usual chain restaurant options, no one has ever commented on the catered food or asked where we got it from. At this event which Sheila catered, at least half of guests in attendance asked where in the world we got the food from and were raving about how amazing it was. ( I had ordered the greek dinner from her). She delivered and set up in a timely manner, everything ready to go by the requested time. She went above and beyond for us in the little things- like beautifully arranged presentation of dishes (which she provides) and even of the food itself. I would post a photo, but our guests dove in before I could capture one! I will definitely be using Sheila again. ...And will be sure to capture a photo next time to post!

Pearl made our wedding experience go so smoothly! From day one, she mapped out her plan to contact all the vendors and making sure that they were all on the same page. With her experience, it better guided us to a clearer vision of we wanted for our wedding. She was very assertive when it came time to do our Wedding Rehearsal, which was excellent for our group. Pearl did a lot more than I was expecting and I'm so thankful for that. She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I relaxed on my wedding day. She was super professional, organized, and invested in our wedding! I will refer her to anyone that is getting married. Thank you Pearl for all that you did!! Hiring Janet was one of the best and most important decisions we made with respect to our wedding. Janet has both the experience and instinct that will help make your wedding run smoothly. Knowing that she was there behind the scenes allowed us to relax and just enjoy our day in a way we would not have been able to had she not been there. We had many ideas and details we wanted to work into our ceremony and reception, and Janet either implemented them herself or oversaw the implementation. I've attended weddings where these tasks are taken on by friends and family. Having Janet there allowed them to be guests and, honestly, Janet executed tasks perfectly. During the reception, we had a minor emergency in that our portable restrooms stopped working. Janet was on the phone in an instant and had new restrooms for us within an hour. This was quite a feat as our wedding was in the far east valley (basically Gold Canyon). As the bride, I really didn't even know about the problem until the solution was on its way. Janet also had great ideas and insight about the timing of the day preceding the ceremony and the ceremony itself. She was great in communicating with all my vendors leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. We worked so hard in planning the wedding it was nice not having to communicate so much right before the wedding. Janet's pricing is also very competitive. Her services are worth every penny and more. Additionally, she was a joy to be around. My now husband and I really liked her on a personal level. You will not regret hiring her!

    Wedding Day! It’s the most special day in your daughter’s life and the biggest party you’ll ever host. It’s worth the planning hours. It’s worth hiring a wedding coordinator! Even if your budget is tight. I highly recommend Carlie. Her experience and attention to navigating through the details was helpful and reassuring. She ran our rehearsal looking pretty, with a smile, yet confidently able to direct our large, rambunctious wedding party to keep us on schedule. On wedding day it’s important to have a point person to field questions, distribute schedules to the pastor and DJ and oversee vendor deliveries and payments. As mother-of-the-bride, the goal is to have no responsibilities on wedding day. The priority is to be with your daughter for prep and photos. With Carlie coordinating our wedding I was allowed to ENJOY it!
