Absolutely the worst in follow up including constant emails from the wife pressuring me to use Zelle to pay them since they have no way for me to pay online. She even (this evening) offered for her husband to come on my only day off - to collect money. Huh?
I am floored that thumbtack would have such an unprofessional landscaper (with a wife supposedly handling finances).
This landscaper also argued with me with some of my requests.
Thank goodness, only a month of service.
I'm going to find a new landscaper who provides online payment. As well as one that does not try to take advantage of an older person like me. Good thing I have most of my marbles!
