I didn’t see a lot of reviews talking about pricing so for us it was 185$ labor charge and 101$ parts charge. Pretty steep, we could have bought a used dryer with that money. But we just decided to get the repair done and pay for the convenience not having to transport and install a new dryer. I am taking off one star because of getting spam called at 11am today. I work night shift and didn’t go to bed until after 6am, the tech was scheduled to come between 2-4pm. I was spam called at 10:50 this morning and the voicemail was just someone saying hello? I don’t answer unknown numbers. I couldn’t even unlock my phone to see their texts before the next spam call came through. I understand most people are awake during this time, but maybe if someone doesn’t answer you should just keep their original appointment, as now I’m running the rest of my day on less than 5 hours of sleep. One call and a proper voicemail would have been just fine. They also stopped responding when I messaged and said coming early was fine, and I asked for an eta of the tech. That was frustrating because then I didn’t even know if they were even coming early or not. Overall the work was good. I just think whoever is calling your customers could take the feedback into account."See more
