Fundamental softball lessons and athletic training was the service.Took my daughter from mediocre outfielder to a much improved starting middle infield player. Greatly improved throwing strength, speed and accuracy. Batting improvements include better bat speed and ability to hit inside and outside pitches. Thad has a wide variety of equipment and training aids to improve any softball player. His patience and ability to communicate effectively with teenage girls is impressive. I was saddened when his job forced him to move to another city.

My daughter has gone to her once for pitching lessons. She knew a lot about teaching pitching and getting my daughter to change a few things. I am very pleased with what she has learned so far. I am looking forward to more lessons and seeing the improvements in my daughters pitching.

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this letter as both a personal and professional reference for Mr. Geoff Redmond. I have know Geoff for over ten years and in that time have had the pleasure of working alongside him. Geoff is a very dependable, passionate, hard working and meticulous employee. He always follows procedures precisely and completes tasks in a timely manner. Geoff is a team player, demonstrates good work ethics and works well with others. He is an energetic, positive and understanding person and coach. He listens to ideas, asks questions when needed and is organized and a self-starter. He is a strong person who sets high standards and has good morals. Geoff's dependability is also evident in his personal life. He is very loyal to his friends and family and tries to accommodate others needs. I had the great pleasure of getting to know him while he was coaching my daughter in softball. In that time and to this day, he is always willing to sacrifice his own personal time to help her with any aspect of the game. He has spent countless hours assisting her with pitching, hitting, and fielding. Not only did he teach her the necessary skills of the game but also the true definition of sportsmanship and character. He was trusted by his team and is a positive influence as a coach and mentor. I consider him to be hard working, honest, trustworthy and structured and he would be a great asset to your team. It is my pleasure to send this letter of reference on his behalf and wish him the best in all of his endeavors. Sincerely, Diane Valencia (602) 402-1556

    Group Catching Lessons

I do small group lessons. This gives girls my full attention, but also allows them to compete and be challenged by other girls. Having them in small groups works best with catching because often times I need assistance during skills like throwing down, etc. I have extensive background in softball. I played catcher, infield and outfield until I was 18 years old. I then was the starting catcher at Northwestern University for 4 years and have a lot of knowledge as a catcher. In the lessons, these girls will learn different skills in blocking, receiving, framing, defense, leadership, confidence, and more!

Played 3 years at Grand Canyon University, in those 3 years I collected over 200 hits, I has a .360 career batting average, I won conference player of the year and I won 2 consecutive national gold gloves.. one in NCAA Division 1 and one in NCAA Division 2

Inside Pitch is the premier baseball and softball training facility of Arizona. Pure and simple, we are not your ordinary "batting cage" with over 12,000 square feet dedicated to the development and training of all ages participating in baseball, girl's softball, and adult softball. We have 10 total batting cages to hit off machines and live throw, and we work on hitting drills. Other unique qualities about us are those 6 of our baseball Iron Mike machines throw real baseball and adjust the speed to suit each individual hitter. Whether you are the serious athlete or just want to have fun, Inside Pitch is the place to be.

I was a college pitcher at a school called Friends University. My sisters and I played competitively all growing up and were all pitchers. We all went to different instructors growing up, so I teach a very grey style of pitching. I played on AZ Hotshots and AZ Storm and was a volunteer assistant coach for Storm for a year and my dad coached all growing up. I tell kids how a travel ball coach wants kids to field and how a college coach wants kids to field. The travel ball technique I use is Howard Kabota technique and the college technique is the same technique that they use at Cal State Northridge which is where my younger sister went to school and is coached by players who all played on the Olympic team and U of A technique which is where my younger sisters best friend went to school. I'm very OCD about technique and going hard when a kid is practicing. For hitting I use a very grey style for that as well and make sure that it makes sense to the kid.

I am a Denny Tincher Fluid Dynamics pitching certified, ASA coach certified, and NFHS certified. I enjoy teaching young girls a safe, relaxed, and a different way to pitch. I teach them to understand how the body works while pitching and to feel confident, relaxed, and powerful. I service the Arizona area.
