Introduction: HI I am certified in Hatha Yoga instructor. I have 200 yoga teacher training hours from Aura Wellness Center. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and fell in love with the practice. I decided to get my teaching certificate in 2019. My goal is to have my clients feeling both physically and mentally better after a class and give them tools to help cultivate the same feeling outside of class.
