Marissa S. says, "Champion Air is fantastic! We plan on using them for any of our future AC needs. I contacted them on a Wednesday evening about our downstairs AC unit not working. They offered to come out right away for a very reasonable fee, but since our upstairs AC was working, we took the next available regular appointment for that Friday morning. The AC technician came out, diagnosed our issue and offered options for the repair. Our air handler wasn't working. He gave us the option to come out the next day (Saturday) for a VERY reasonable charge, or to come out the following Monday at the regular price. We decided on Saturday. What impressed us the most, is that the AC technician made the calls to ensure he could get the necessary parts on time before he left. He had every single thing lined up and confirmed before he even finished the appointment!! He showed up in time the very next day and our AC is working like a champ!! We greatly appreciate the fantastic service!"See more

But even after contacting two different companies to come out and take a look they couldn't figure out what exactly was the issue. I ended up coming across Lee Ward Air Solutions and to say I was impressed is an understatement. Treyce was extremely helpful, polite and was able to get to my home quickly to assess the situation and after a quick look at the unit the "Condenser fan motor" was the problem the whole time and was being over looked with previous companies. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my unit same day with no problem! which me and my family are forever grateful for as this AZ heat is no joke! Great service and I highly recommend him! We couldn't have been more pleased with Jon and his team. He went above and beyond to get our air conditioning up and running in our height temps exceeding 115. He even took a call from me at 7:00 pm to hear our story and as to what we had been experiencing with our air conditioner, and our recent event with another repair shop. J and J come out the very next morning and took the time, to explain all that was happening. He took photos to show us what the unit looked like and where the problem was. They explained and diagonsed the problem in less than 45 minutes. In fact, I learned more in that 45 minutes, than I learned in 3 hours from the day before with another repair shop. Excellent people! We will use them for any future repairs or maintenance needed. Thank you Jon!
