David has been great! After I moved to my new house there were some leaks in the laundry faucet and the bathroom sinks,David took care of the problems on time. Unlike other plumbers his prices do not change! I still have a few other projects that I will need Davids help for like the shower faucets...i highly recommend David!! He is great!
I had a kitchen faucet stop working, and placed my need for a new one to be installed on the Thumbtack website. I took pictures of the non functioning faucet, and the sink, and also sent pictures of the replacement faucet which I purchased that needed to be installed. I received many responses from other companies on the site with no quotes attached. One installer from the site came to my home and gave an estimate in an amount that could have been a monthly high end car payment, which was unacceptable for the work to be done! Ace Home Maintance was the only company that gave a fair and honest quote on the site itself! When Matt arrived he was personably, professional, knowledgeable, and highly respectful... his honesty, and his service ethics went above and beyond fair and honest business practices. This consumer, and this household indeed fully intend to use this Business Owner for any and all other home projects that fall into his category of service! Thank You Matt, it was a pleasure to meet you, and we look forward to future business endeavors when they arise. I give you five stars, but You certainly deserve 10! Thanks Again
Installed a new faucet in my laundry room sink. Arrived on time was quick and neat. Job well done.
He installed two toilets, a kitchen faucet and new fixtures on a shower. He was efficient and got the jobs done in a timely manner. I would recommend him as a plumber for any of your needs
John responded immediately during the holidays and came out within 1/2 hour to fix my hot water heater. He was extremely professional, honest and reasonable in pricing and fixed my Moen faucet as a bonus! I would highly recommend him for any home repair need and I will definitely use him for future projects.
Excellent service. He came on a Sunday to install a shower head and faucet. He helped me find the correct faucet after the faucet I had purchased didn’t work. He waited 20 minutes while I ran out to purchase the new faucet. I will hire him again.
Kyle replaced three faucets, one kitchen and two bathroom. He was professional, competent and did the work to completion even though it took longer than expected due to some complications caused by the water filter and extra lines under the sink. I will be calling him again for other projects!
I own a rental property in Tempe. It needed a new faucet installed in the kitchen, drain stoppers replaced, curtain rod and curtains hung, cracks in the wall repaired, closet doors repaired and a few other tasks. My tenant reported that Doug came with the list in his hand and completed all the work in one day. He said everything looks and works great. I still haven't received the bill yet, but am very happy to have the house's issues repaired.
Adrian called and arrived early for our appointment. He was friendly, informative. (all of the above) He did a great job repairing our door and replacing some hardware in our bathroom. I feel we definitely got our money's worth. He is coming back to do some more work for us very soon. I would recommend Adrian and he will be our go to guy when we need repairs/etc in the future.
John came out the next day to clear the clogged toilet. He also cleared the drains in the tub and sink so they drain quickly like they should. It was very much appreciated.
I hired Charles to replace a RO filtration system, a garbage disposal, as well as change out a bathroom faucet. He was very professional, punctual, seemed to know what he's doing. One of the piece on the new RO system was missing, he was quick to make adjustments using a part from the old system. He installed the garbage disposal with no issues, then quickly changed the faucet in the bathroom. He even changed my fill valve in the toilet for free! A good handyman is hard to come by, I will definitely use him again for future jobs. Thanks Charles!
Fixed a leak in my shower/tub as well as replaced some of the fixtures. Up front about the pricing and they have set prices for their services so they don't randomly up charge you. Very friendly staff, both the plumber and those working at the office. Will definitely use them in the future.
Did a nice job installing new faucet and other misc projects. Thank you
EXCELLENT RESULTS!!! SOLID TEAM, CONSISTENT FOLLOW THROUGH!!!! THIS IS WHAT WORKING WITH A CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE!!! Josh Rudin and his team at ASAP RESTORATION completely restored our home after it was flooded. We are so happy we ended up hiring them. They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. Jason was our Project Manager and I know we couldn't have gotten through all of this without his help as well. Everything from sheetrock to drywall and painting to door trims was well done. We got to know the staff well, and they were such nice people with good work ethic. ASAP also has great sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. They recommended great quality products and have the right professionals for installation. I'm in the design business myself and had never been through an experience like this with flood damage. I can't say enough about the professionalism and follow through from ASAP. I would and will recommend them to my friends and family. Also important to note, if they have a point of view on something that would look better, listen to them, they know their business. We went back and forth on a few finish options and whenever I took their advice, I was happy with the end result! I may be a designer, but I believe you can always learn something new if you stay open! Here's the reality check. You as the customer have to do your homework too. Don't expect them to bring you lots of floor samples and counter top samples and cabinet samples. That is time consuming and not part of their job. But do feel free to ask them for advice on where to go to check out materials, they have great sources!! My opinion is, when you go through something like this, you have to take the time to understand what your insurance company is willing to pay for. Talk to your adjustor if you have questions. And once you know, for example, what your budget is for kitchen countertops, go check out material pricing at Lowe's. Then you can have a reasonable conversation with your contractor. If you don't do your own homework and just leave it in your contractor's hands, you will be fine - just don't complain if it isn't exactly what you imagined. Hiring a contractor is a 2 way relationship. If you don't do your part, you shouldn't complain unless something is actually installed wrong. We are very happy with all the work performed by ASAP!! SO GRATEFUL TO ASAP RESTORATION FOR MAKING OUR HOME BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!!
Carlos provided a re-piping (hot side) job for us. His estimate was very competitive, and there were no surprises with the cost. Actually, he found a rusty bolt on our hot water heater and replaced it at no charge along with a connector hose under a bathroom sink. The dishwasher hose was also found to be deteriorating. I purchased a new one and it was replaced at no additional charge. We have a tub that one company told us needed to be removed for an additional approximate cost of $1000! Carlos was able to remove and replace the tub's facing without causing damage saving us the additional cost. The re-piping is a messy task, and we are left with many holes in the walls to be repaired (which was explained to us); he provided us with a drywall repair person to help with that project. Carlos is connected with other professionals as well. He has high standards and doesn't settle for mediocrity. He and his two other workers were polite, considerate, and cleaned up as much as possible (considering we still have the drywall repairs). I would highly recommend Carlos for any plumbing project, and plan on using his expertise in the future. So glad we found him!
Joseph was very friendly and easy-going. I thought his bid was low, so I thought I might be gambling with his abilities. He certainly was experienced and knowledgeable. He replaced two ceiling fans and I asked if he could open up the pea-trap in the bathroom sink after an object had fallen into it. It only took him a minute to retrieve the object. I would definitely hire Mr. Right Handyman again.
Scott did an excellent job in replacing our faucet. I was very impressed with his temperament, professionalism. He was on time and took care of the job. I would definitely call him again should I have another job for him.
We found mold in our bathroom and GroundZero definitely helped us clean that up. They redid the plumbing for our bathrooms that were built in 1959 and Nick stayed behind making sure that all the drywall was even and perfect! Thankful he stayed and did that as if it was his own home! Thank you Nick for that and for answering our questions so kindly!
the guy Todd was a PRO. and his helper was totally helpful. He did an extra small thing which was clear an extra drain for me in a separate bathroom and he didn't charge me. I love these guys!!
Sly installed a utility sink and faucet for my garage. He also installed a new faucet in my kitchen. Great job!
Travis did an exceptional job for us. He replaced a kitchen faucet, recaulked our guest tub, replaced a leaky outdoor faucet and worked on our over the sink pocket light. His specialty is plumbing. Great value, workmanship and delivered as promised. We recommend Travis
