Aaron did a great job replacing a kitchen sink and faucet. He was scheduled between 9-12 to come by and provide an estimate, didn't arrive until 2 PM. His quote was in line with what I expected, and he was ready to complete the job on the spot. 3 hours later a new sink and faucet are in place, expertly installed and he even fixed an outside hose bib that he noticed was leaking.....
We have been using the sink for several days now, no drips, no leaks. A satisfied customer.
Other than the snafu with the appointment time, the job was completed to our satisfaction.
