- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We consults prior to the appointment so we can make sure we are on the same page. We look at pictures of hair and hair colors and determine which colors we want the hair. They come the following week for their appointment and I color the hair and have it all ready to be installed that day. Meaning color is done and wigs and prices are ready.
