Hired on Thumbtack
I trained with Tim Lasker on Thursday 2-27-12. He is very knowledgeable. He truly cares about the customer and their individual needs. He responds very quickly to questions and addresses being healthy over all through email phone or in person. As far as work out goes I was pushed to my limit not over or under which is exactly what I asked for. I feel it today 02-28-12 in a good way. Tim Lasker sent me nutritional information. Also information on common road blocks and how to avoid them. I would highly recommend this trainer/owner of Rock Solid Gym. He goes above and beyond any other trainer.

Rock Solid Fitness is a great and fun place to work out. I work in the office building next to Rock Solid building and found it be a good place to go for lunch and get a great work out. Tim (the Trainer) offers Kick Boxing, Zumba, & Boot camp, along with work out equipment, if you are not into classes. I go to each one of classes with my co workers at lunch time. We get a good work out with lots of fun and laughter. He has now added another Zumba class so we can get an extra work out on Thursday. If you have not join yet I would suggest you do so. I started with a bad shoulder and with Tim's training, I can do things I could not do before with out pain. I feel so much better then I have in along time. Tim will work with you so you can get the best work out for your needs. I am very pleased with Rock Solid Fitness and Tim, & will be going as long as it is there.

Rock Solid Fitness helped me lose weight, loose fat, tone up and start a healthier eating style that I have kept.
Rock Solid Fitness was flexible and fit my schedule, I met with Tim two times a week for about two years total, he customized a workout that pushed my limit just enough to feel fantastic when the workout was done.
He provided me with a custom nutritional and healthily eating plan just for my needs and weight to lose. I was emailed on updates in a timely manner and phone call reminders. Rock Solid Fitness is very professional and has excellent 1:1 training you cannot get at anywhere else. I do recommend them :)

I really enjoy Rock Solid fitness. You have a trainer who structures the workouts, so you get total body fitness. The workouts are fun and challenging and don't become boring. You have ZUMBA classes put in throughout the week to mix it up a bit. I always feel like I have worked every body part by the end of the week and love that you are done with it during the day and your evenings are free to yourself. Fun classes and fun people.

Just a few short years ago, Tim got me in the best shape I'd been in since my 20's, may be the best shape ever. I was lean and strong. Unfortunately, I was laid off in 2008 and quit going to Rock Solid Fitness. Though I've been to the gym, I gained 23 pounds--a lot for me. Needless to say, I've called Tim and back on track to return to my lean and mean self. Training with Rock Solid Fitness is definitely worth it!
