So my garage door springs broke at literally the WORST time - right before my sister's wedding weekend when family was coming to stay with us! I was in full-on panic mode. The Precision Garage repair guy (I think his name was Jason?) showed up when he said he would & fixed everything super fast. He noticed my rollers were practically falling apart & showed me the metal was all worn down. I went ahead & had those replaced too which wasn't that much extra. Door is whisper quiet now - wish I'd done this years ago! Thx for saving our weekend!!!

Finally found an honest garage door company! My springs broke Sunday morning and my car was stuck inside - nightmare with work the next day. Called Precision and they came out same afternoon (on a SUNDAY!). Tech explained that both springs needed replacing since they're the same age. No upselling or pressure, just facts. Done in an hour, price was fair, and my door works better than ever. Thanks guys!!!

I came home from work to find my garage door completely off track just like in this picture - hanging sideways and impossible to close. Total emergency situation! Called Precision Garage Repair and they got a technician to my house within 2 hours. Mike was professional, explained exactly what happened (broken cable had caused the door to come off track) and gave me a clear quote before starting work.
He had my door back on track, with new cables installed and everything working perfectly in about 90 minutes. No more crooked door! He even lubricated all the moving parts and adjusted my springs to make the door operate more smoothly than it did before.
Considering it was an emergency repair, the price was very reasonable, and they even offered a 1-year warranty on the work. I'll definitely be calling Precision for my annual maintenance from now on. Highly recommended if you find yourself with a garage door disaster like I did!
