Another issue made it harder to find the problem at first, but Jose came back, kept troubleshooting, and didn't stop until everything was fixed. I really appreciated that he stood behind his work and made sure the job was done right. I also want to thank Victoria in the office. She was wonderful to work with. She kept me updated, made sure Jose knew about my concerns, and was always kind and responsive. My AC is cooling the house again, and I'm very happy with the service.
