I was hesitant to hire them at first because of how expensive they were, but they actually ended up being the most economical choice. They accomplished far more than twice as much as the other organizer I had used. I have used them 3 times already and plan to again. They helped me create a working office, craft space/guest room and a garage that can now fit two cars and isn't humiliating to open when I come home. I cannot say enough good things about their attitudes and expertise. Very cool and knowledgeable people with relevant backgrounds both in their Bachelor's and life experience.

I really enjoy working with Amy and Chad. Their professionalism and knowledge made every project easy and I did not have to be worried about it or watch over them. They're willing to do whatever it is you have on your list of things for organization and handyman at least for me. I would have to say their friendliness and the fact that they clean up after themselves is what I enjoyed the most but their work was excellent and didn't have to have me watch over them so it was very enjoyable for me to have them in my home.

Working with Het Hout Interiors was very easy. Amy and Chad were able to bring two people with very distinctive points of view of design to a common place in designing the interior of our new home. We sold our home in Philly with most of the furnishings, but with the few pieces that we couldn't part with, Amy and Chad were able to incorporate them into our new home. They took the time to find out what was important to each of us in the design. Through their process we were able to make decisions easily and have an understanding of what the end result would look like. Amy and Chad were hands on, always available and have incredible resources. We are so pleased with our final results and highly recommend them. In addition we look forward to continue to work with them in the final phases of this home and any homes in our future.

Het Hout Interiors did an incredible job transforming our main living space with such care and thought. Chad and Amy are very responsive, organized and provided detailed and impeccable project management. The overall look of the rooms they worked on fits with the rest of the house and they did an wonderful job understanding our own personal style and making sure nothing looked generic or cookie cutter. They take time to understand their clients and then work relentlessly to make sure every detail is perfect all for a reasonable rate given the quality of service and advice. I would recommend them to anyone.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our home organizing pricing is for one of us to come out and work. If you want both us there, we offer a discounted total of $100 per hour. (As opposed to $120). We actually recommend utilizing both of us, so the job is done quicker and we can work together efficiently. For interior design; Some designers mark-up the product they sell with large profit margins. We do not mark anything up. We actually give you our designer discounts!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We generally start with Project Scope Consultation. This is done over the phone or Zoom most of the time. We ask that clients send us images via email or text so that we can look at the images as we talk through the space. Once we have gathered information via phone we will draft up our Letter of Agreement which was ask all of our clients to sign. This letters outlines the detailed scope of the project, as well as our policies. Once that is signed, we come out for an in-person consultation. This in-person consultation is a chance for us to see the space in person, take photos, and measurements. From there, we being the fun part of designing!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been a professional designer for over 8 years. I have an BA in Interior Design from NAU. I decided to start my own business a little over two years ago, with my partner Chad. We have a dynamic business relationship that really allows each of us to shine in our strengths!
