- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on weekly frequency and online versus in-person. In-person sessions starts at $75. Online only is $200 per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will go through an initial consultation either in-person or online. This will include fitness background, current routines (if any), goals, lifestyle, movement assessments, baseline metrics, etc. We will then construct a program together to ensure it is something you can stay consistent with. We will establish weekly frequency for in-person sessions (if applicable) ranging from once a week to 6 times per week. The higher the frequency, the better the results. You will start to feel stronger, healthier, and more energized within the first week
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a personal trainer at UFC Gym Honolulu for 2 years. I am blessed to have learned from the best fitness director in the nation and best coach in the nation during my time there. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach through NASM.
