Introduction: At Get Fit Fit, we have male and female trainers available for your preference. We create customized workout plans tailored to the clients' goals and needs. Nutrition coaching is available at an additional cost. Each session is 70 dollars an hour, but if you purchase a package of 8 or more sessions, we knock 10 dollars off every session.

Whether you are a woman or a man; 19 or 90; new to working out or worked out most of your life, you will find Stephanie Ramirez can help you get started with a fresh program. Services are tailored workouts along with nutrition plans. She will push you just enough without exceeding your abilities. I've had trainer's in the past that have lead me to injuries. You have to try her abs challenge . I would recommend Get Fit Fit to anyone looking to physically improve themselves, loose weight, and reclaim energy levels.

I've had a fantastic experience with Stephanie and would highly recommend her!!! I'm a female over 50 and trying to regain strength, tone and flexibility. I've had a lot of back and neck issues and she has helped me slowly work back into shape without causing any injury to those areas while also helping me to strengthen my abs and back muscles. She is patient and knowledgeable and has been flexible with my scheduling needs. I have been very impressed with Stephanie as a trainer!
