- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary based on how many times a week we will be training and whether or not you’re doing a private or semi-private session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical onboarding training session starts out with either a virtual or in person assessment. During that assessment we will go over goals, circumference measurements, and a general movement screen so that we can work on any movement compensations on the way towards reaching your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors in exercise physiology. I am a National Academy of Sports medicine (NASM) certified trainer.
