- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to make my training services as accessible as possible to everyone. I offer monthly subscriptions (with no long-term commitment) to help reduce the upfront cost of training, and the monthly billing is dependent on how long each session is and how often you train. My goal is to make my training affordable to as many people as possible, and I offer several plans that fit virtually anyone's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like you, I want to be able to try things out before committing to anything. For that reason, I offer a completely free training session and consultation, this way you can get a feel for me, my training style and training facility. At that time, it's a great opportunity for us to meet, talk about your past struggles and future goals, and just get to know each other to make sure we're a good fit. Also at that time we'll discuss potential plans for you to reach your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) with over 10 years of personal training experience.
