Bray is an excellent instructor who is skilled at providing a healthy amount of challenges, maintaining enthusiasm and passion for his hard work and the education he provides, and is a great motivator. He helps me find my own inner strength and belief in myself. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, but also makes working out fun even through the tough challenges. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer and fitness educator to anybody with the desire to explore and improve their fitness.

Getting a work out with Marquis was amazing! He was super friendly and very intelligent on both fitness and nutrition! He also took the time to get to know my goals, baseline, and expectation. He knew how to make the work out fun, effective and challenging. I plan on working out with him more in the future! I definitely recommend him as a personal trainer!

Love work hard play hard! Started with him about 2 weeks ago and already seeing results.The training sessions are challenging and motivating. Definitely would recommend!!!!!
