FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of coaching depends on how often you train, the length of each session, and the location (remote or in-person). You have the flexibility to choose when and how you're billed, along with other adjustments that can be made to tailor the experience to your needs. Our goal is to improve the lives of every customer we work with. We don’t want you to spend unnecessary time, energy, or concern on billing—which is why we’re flexible, so you can focus on what truly matters. During our initial complimentary consultation and training session, we'll walk through all your options to ensure there are no surprises and you can make an informed decision that’s right for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first contact, the goal is to learn as much about you as possible. We’ll exchange messages to determine whether a consultation makes sense. If both parties agree to move forward, we’ll work together to schedule a time for a free consultation and training session. Before the consultation, you’ll receive an intake form that must be completed prior to your appointment. This helps us prepare for your visit and ensures you get the most value out of your session. The less time we spend covering basics like medical history and goals, the more time we’ll have to dive deeper into what really matters—so you leave with a clearer sense of what working with us looks like. During the consultation, you’ll also have the chance to ask questions and get a feel for whether our styles and personalities are a good fit. If everything clicks, we’ll begin the onboarding process and walk you through the next steps. Regardless of whether you decide to sign up, you’ll leave with something of value.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Behind every great coach is a strong foundation of dependable knowledge and learning. Here at Unlock MST, it's no different. A Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University is the base from which we build. Kinesiology, the study of human movement, provides us with a one-of-a-kind understanding of the intricate systems within the body. It allows us to not only correct, but build the right way! Through careful assessment, meticulous planning, and effective action, we can help maximize your potential while alleviating pain.
