Pro had come out to the site and quoted $2500/- for grass and padding on a playground with 4 others around. When asked for invoice pro sends quote for $2,500 for turf only. I responded by asking him to amend the invoice and add the padding as was quoted. He did not respond for 2 days and refused to answer my calls. I eventually used my husband’s phone and he answered and I told him again to send the correct invoices and he did not.
