Danny and Emma have been amazing to work with. My husband and I train with Danny twice a week in our home (separate sessions). We hadn't been working out recently so Danny was great about easing us into it a bit and then turning up the intensity pretty quickly. The training is incredibly adaptable to the situation - one night I had a fussy infant so instead of canceling or trying to bounce back and forth, he switched up the workout to 'sandbag style' where I could hold her and still get a good workout in (something both my daughter and I enjoyed). He's also honed in on the type of training we really enjoy, for me its boxing, making it fun and productive! I would also be remiss if I didn't mention Emma, his wife and partner in the business. She's been so helpful in working around our crazy schedules, between last minute work trips, out of town visitors and illness, they've both been extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone who is trying to get back in shape or push their athletic prowess to the next level. He's fun, easy-going and respectful of your personal needs.
I met Dennis in College back in 2010-2011 & after I finished school, I slowly started working out with him after seeing firsthand his own personal transformation, which was AMAZING! We started seriously training in December of 2017, 6 months ago & I can tell you now, he has changed my life drastically! I am down 60lbs, training for my first figure competition, & the happiest & healthiest I have ever been; thanks to Dennis. Being a retired college athlete, trying to stay in shape on your own is a tough, but Dennis encourages, motivates & is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. Dennis makes his workouts challenging, yet FUN! Most importantly; Dennis makes sure that technique is correct to help avoid injuries, he is reliable & always has a routine/workout planned ahead of time, & he strives to make you be the best YOU that you can be. Can’t thank him enough for changing my views on the gym & nutrition! I highly recommend Dennis for anyone that is looking to improve their health & fitness. Need motivation? He’s your guy!
“I have been training with Greg since 2011 and I believe he is one of most knowledgeable and committed trainers around. Greg is extremely punctual, always set up and ready to start training with a workout plan, and mixes up every single workout so you never get bored! I workout three times a week with Greg in both small group and one-on-one sessions and every workout is challenging, and some how fun ! The cardio kickboxing is a great workout too! I truly enjoy working out with Greg (and all my small group workout buddies) and would recommend Greg to anyone looking to improve their fitness.” – Annette Galloway
Floyed Factor is a great place and my son loved the Basketball training. Highly recommended.
Training with Alex is the absolute best way to make me love doing something I hate (working out in the morning). :) He is so positive and energetic, and that is totally contagious. He changes up the routines constantly, and is good at improvising if a certain piece of equipment is not available. He is helpful and encouraging, never condescending and truly listens to your goals and aspirations. He is an outstanding trainer and I cannot recommend him enough!
I approached Cyle for training and mentoring sessions in the neurologically based performance enhancement and personal training system he is schooled in. Cyle went above and beyond to assist me in not only working on my injured ankle, but helping me deal with the mental and emotional concerns that training would be painful or re-injure me. In the beginning, I could barely do a lunge pattern without cringing. Because pain-free reps are the only reps allowed in his training, Cyle scaled back all movement until I was able to develop the confidence to move into more athletic positions without a grimace on my face! In other words, easily and effortlessly. His combination of patience, knowledge, experience, hands-on coaching, and willingness to try new approaches to my movement problem (which was partly mental) eventually took me from tiny lunges into entire lunge matrixes that included multiple directions, angles and foot positions. It is interesting to note that much of the work Cyle did with me to alleviate pain, discomfort, stiffness and immobility, as well as fear, was not in my ankle. Visual (eye movements) and Vestibular (head movements) work was just as important in creating progress as precise movements of the injured ankle joint. Cyle explained this in easy to understand terms that made sense to me, although the actual neurological principles are relatively complicated to the uninitiated. All I cared about was that it worked. In addition, Cyle gave me breathing drills, opposing joint drills (wrist) and unilateral drills to correct some other imbalances that were inhibiting my performance, and therefore my range of motion and experience of pain. I actually have better balance and posture as a result. I can also hike again. (My original injury was a severe ankle sprain that took place on a hike.) The brain-based training was-without a doubt-faster, more efficient and more fun than any other training or rehab work I have done. Cyle was always prompt with emailing feedback and homework, as well as arriving on time for appointments and answering questions. He was very good at keeping in touch and following-up. I appreciate that very much. Some trainers I have either worked with or observed appear bored and disengaged. Cyle was just the opposite. I could tell he cared about me and in some ways, I think that sets the stage for healing and recovery when you are hurting. Thanks Cyle!
Coach Jorge and Play it Forward Basketball Academy are amazing. Coach doesn't just throw the kids in to play- he provides individual instruction in an encouraging, supportive, and extremely positive environment. Hi, we are a West Valley-based club basketball organization. We have over 20 years experience in developing, mentoring, coaching and training players. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals needed for Jr. high and high school level basketball players. We are a Christian-based organization that is focused on helping boys and girls reach their fullest potential so they can feel good about themselves having a healthy mind, body and soul. We currently have 9-14 year old kids in our program.
I am Paul Rangel and I’ve been training athletes since 2009, I’ve trained various schools around the valley Sunrise Mountain Girls Volleyball, Liberty Girls Basketball, and Valley Vista Girls Basketball. I've also specialized in individual training for collegiate and high school athletes with EvoAthlete Strength and Conditioning. Precision Fitness Academy is a program that specializes in “sports specific training” meaning my training sessions are tailored to a specific skill that is needed for that sport. The goal is creating a regiment based on eliminating movement dysfunction to reduce the likelihood of injury. During a training session we will develop strength, speed, agility, and proper techniques to help increase the athletes's vertical explosiveness. I enjoy the progress in an athlete who wants to improve on their skills.
