Danny and Emma have been amazing to work with. My husband and I train with Danny twice a week in our home (separate sessions). We hadn't been working out recently so Danny was great about easing us into it a bit and then turning up the intensity pretty quickly. The training is incredibly adaptable to the situation - one night I had a fussy infant so instead of canceling or trying to bounce back and forth, he switched up the workout to 'sandbag style' where I could hold her and still get a good workout in (something both my daughter and I enjoyed). He's also honed in on the type of training we really enjoy, for me its boxing, making it fun and productive! I would also be remiss if I didn't mention Emma, his wife and partner in the business. She's been so helpful in working around our crazy schedules, between last minute work trips, out of town visitors and illness, they've both been extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone who is trying to get back in shape or push their athletic prowess to the next level. He's fun, easy-going and respectful of your personal needs.

I met Dennis in College back in 2010-2011 & after I finished school, I slowly started working out with him after seeing firsthand his own personal transformation, which was AMAZING! We started seriously training in December of 2017, 6 months ago & I can tell you now, he has changed my life drastically! I am down 60lbs, training for my first figure competition, & the happiest & healthiest I have ever been; thanks to Dennis. Being a retired college athlete, trying to stay in shape on your own is a tough, but Dennis encourages, motivates & is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. Dennis makes his workouts challenging, yet FUN! Most importantly; Dennis makes sure that technique is correct to help avoid injuries, he is reliable & always has a routine/workout planned ahead of time, & he strives to make you be the best YOU that you can be. Can’t thank him enough for changing my views on the gym & nutrition! I highly recommend Dennis for anyone that is looking to improve their health & fitness. Need motivation? He’s your guy!

“I have been training with Greg since 2011 and I believe he is one of most knowledgeable and committed trainers around. Greg is extremely punctual, always set up and ready to start training with a workout plan, and mixes up every single workout so you never get bored! I workout three times a week with Greg in both small group and one-on-one sessions and every workout is challenging, and some how fun ! The cardio kickboxing is a great workout too! I truly enjoy working out with Greg (and all my small group workout buddies) and would recommend Greg to anyone looking to improve their fitness.” – Annette Galloway

Training with Alex is the absolute best way to make me love doing something I hate (working out in the morning). :) He is so positive and energetic, and that is totally contagious. He changes up the routines constantly, and is good at improvising if a certain piece of equipment is not available. He is helpful and encouraging, never condescending and truly listens to your goals and aspirations. He is an outstanding trainer and I cannot recommend him enough!

My fitness journey since training with Matthew Foster has improved 110%. Training with Matthew is an eye-opening experience, and you will be hooked from your first session. Not only will he help you become incredibly fit, he will help you with your nutrition as it pertains to your personal fitness/nutrition journey. However, be ready to be pushed to your limit and then beyond that limit. Matthew caters to each individual client, and he knows what your body can accomplish. If you are serious about becoming fit and making fitness/nutrition a lifestyle choice, this is the man you need to train with without question.

Coach doesn't just throw the kids in to play- he provides individual instruction in an encouraging, supportive, and extremely positive environment. very personable & professional !! We recently moved to Arizona from Texas & My son is an 8th grader at KMS Tempe. He started playing basketball last year & some friends told us about Phx Elite basketball training. Not knowing what to expect from a basketball academy we were impressed with how they operated and were understanding of how my son learned the game. We will recommend all our friends and family to train with this excellent program! Plus, very reasonable rates and no gym fees!
